Free Shorthand Typing provides digital learning access. Once premium content is activated, consumed or downloaded where applicable, refunds may be limited.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered for duplicate payments, failed activation, technical access issues that cannot be resolved, or incorrect charges.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are usually not provided after active use of premium content, change of mind, lack of exam preparation time or account sharing violations.
