This policy explains how membership cancellation works for Free Shorthand Typing users.
Note: This policy applies to Free Shorthand Typing website, membership plans, digital practice content, typing tests, shorthand dictations, Pitman exercises and AHC formatting practice.
Membership Cancellation
Users may request cancellation of recurring membership where recurring billing is enabled.
Access After Cancellation
After cancellation, premium access may remain available until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise specified.
One-Time Plans
One-time or lifetime digital access plans cannot usually be cancelled after activation unless required by law or approved by support.
How to Cancel
Contact support from your registered email with membership details and payment reference to request cancellation.
Pending Payments
Cancellation does not automatically clear unpaid dues, failed payment attempts or previous obligations.
Policy Updates
Cancellation terms may be updated from time to time and the updated version will apply from its published date.
